Illinois: Established more than 50 years ago, a leading Community Health Organization is expanding and wants to hire one additional Telemedicine Child/ Adolescent Psychiatrist for their Behavior Health Department. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. These are remote Telemedicine positions. However, the C/A psychiatrists will be required to live in the state of Illinois.
Full-time
:
Starting base salary: $280,000 to $290,000.
Part-time employment
:
The salary and fringe benefits will be adjusted depending on the number of hours worked. Excellent fringe benefits package!

PRACTICE
OPPORTUNITY
:

• This is a 100% remote position.
• However, the Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist will be required to live in the state of Illinois and have an active Illinois license.
• They plan to hire one more C/A Telemedicine Psychiatrist.

• Full-time position:
  Work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one late evening until 7 p.m. (later start time)

• Part-time position:
  Work 16 - 30 hours per week (The benefits will be adjusted depending on number of hours worked.)

• Reasonable patient volume

  Immediate and also candidates completing their C/A fellowships in June of 2026.

• Their clinics are staffed with Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, OB/Gyn, Mental Health providers, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and a fully staffed clinical support team. They have been providing healthcare services for over 50 years.

• The scope of practice includes evidenced based clinical guidelines and provide continuous, comprehensive psychiatric treatment. Provider will review and/or gather patient histories to assess current environment and/or history of behavioral health conditions with the patient or in the patient's family.
• The physician will ensure that all patients have received the PHQ-2 and if needed the PHQ-9 to screen for depression and monitor progress over time for patients that have been identified as having a moderate to high-risk scoring.
• Prepare all medical records, clinical reports and correspondence.
• Work in collaboration with scheduling, clinical staff, health management team and other providers to ensure that there is patient access and that productivity goals of 2.7 or higher are met daily/weekly.

• Make diagnosis and prescribe medication as necessary or make referrals to other forms of behavior health treatment including full or partial hospitalization.

• Patients come into the clinic for an appointment so very limited "no shows".

• You would be part of the behavior health team with an excellent support group.

• Excellent Behavior Health team of support and comprehensive on boarding.

• Full-Time position:
  The starting base salary is $ 280,000, depending upon the C/A Psychiatrists experience and additional factors. (This will be discussed with interested candidates.)
