• Provide high‑quality medical care and manage resources for adult and pediatric patients
• Maintain the highest standard of patient satisfaction at all times
• Adhere to Professional Staff Bylaws, policies, and procedures
• Serve as a resource for patient, family, and staff
• Document all services accurately and maintain complete records
• Ensure effective communication to facilitate patient care and reimbursement
• Participate in meetings and activities to support urgent‑care operations
• Maintain certification in BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, or NALS and meet specialty training requirements
• Report to the Area Clinical Operations Director

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) and licensed to practice medicine in the state of practice
• Current DEA registration
• Experience with suturing and drainage of abscesses
• Experience reading diagnostic studies, including x‑rays and EKGs
• BLS certification (we will provide if needed)
• Meet credentialing eligibility set by Well Street Urgent Care
• Preferred experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Effective communication with patients, families, and employees
