• Advise physician candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process
• Source and screen physician candidates through effective communication via phone and email
• Present opportunity details, quote salary, and prepare candidates for interviews
• Drive marketing campaign efforts focused on physician recruitment
• Investigate and resolve client concerns while maintaining consistent communication

• Recruiting experience is required
• Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
• Experience with physician relations and regular interaction with physicians
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Consultative sales experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
