Overview
This is a replacement post for a substantive chest and general radiologist. The candidate must have extensive experience in chest and general radiology and will be joining a highly motivated and enthusiastic team of 13 consultant radiologists.
Clinical duties and working patternThere will be an average of 8 PAs of direct clinical care and 2 PAs allocated for supporting professional activities over a 4 day working week, with the possibility of an additional PA, should the successful applicant wish to work over 5 days. All Consultants have the option of 1 day working from home should they wish.

The programme will be 8 DCC, 2
SPA or 9 DCC, 2
SPA. It is anticipated the job plan will consist of: 2 sessions ultrasound, 1.5 session MR, 2 sessions CT (1 acute CT and 1 session cold reporting), 0.5 PA “Duty radiologist”, 1 session meetings/meeting preparation, 1 session on call and 2 SPAs. Part time applications would be considered.
