We work with a large network of doctors across India to enable compliant teleconsultations for patients ordering medicines through our platform.

Role Overview
We are looking for qualified MBBS doctors or doctors with additional degrees above MBBS to conduct short telephonic consultations for patients who place medicine orders on the Truemeds app or website. The doctor’s role is purely clinical and consultative, focused on validating patient orders based on medical history and safety checks.
This is a  fully remote, freelance role  with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic consultations with patients who have placed orders on the Truemeds app/web
Take brief  present and past medical history
Perform  safety checks  including allergies and comorbidities
Validate the medicines ordered by the patient
Address basic patient queries related to their order
Follow defined consultation structure and quality guidelines
Work Structure & Timings
Fully remote (work from home)
Flexible login between  8 AM to 11 PM
Average consultation duration:  ~2 minutes per call
Doctors typically handle  20 to 30 consultations per hour
Work using  mobile phone, laptop, or PC
Compensation
Base Pay:  ₹20 per completed consultation/order
Typical monthly earnings range between  40,000 - 50,000 , if a doctor works ~3:30/4 hours in a day, subject to increase depending on login hours and call volume.
Performance-based incentives  available
Incentives are target-based and linked to consultation volume and quality
Can increase base earnings by  5% to 25%
Eligibility Criteria
MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
Permanent medical registration with any Indian state council
Registration validity of  at least 6 months from Date of Joining.
Ability to conduct telephonic consultations in a clear and professional manner
Basic comfort with digital systems

Permanent state medical registration certificate
Aadhaar card (Front & Back)
Bank details (for payouts)
Passport-size photograph
Scanned signature
Signed doctor agreement (shared by Truemeds)
