Are you a passionate, Board-certified or Board-eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist looking to make a real difference in the lives of young patients? This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, treatment, and care coordination for pediatric patients, primarily through remote work (≈80%) with occasional in-person clinic hours (≈20%).

As a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at Legacy, you will:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to enhance the mental health of our young patients.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Engage actively with patients during clinic hours and maintain productivity standards.
- Supervise healthcare students and contribute to their educational experience.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
To join our team, you should have:
- A Medical Doctor degree, Board-certified (or Board-eligible) in Psychiatry.
- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A passion for improving the lives of children and adolescents.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
