Overview
The Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is expanding. We are seeking a full-time emergency radiologist to join our Emergency Radiology section, which is comprised of board-certified radiologists with fellowship specializations including neuroradiology, pediatric radiology, abdominal imaging and musculoskeletal imaging.
Position Summary- Section comprised of 10 fellowship-trained faculty
- Services provided to the emergency departments within the Vanderbilt University Medical Center system, including Level I adult and pediatric trauma centers
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows

- Academic rank and salary are commensurate with experience
- This position can be remote or a hybrid combination
- Fellowship training in Neuroradiology, Emergency Radiology, Abdominal Imaging, Musculoskeletal Imaging or Pediatric Radiology preferred
- Hold an MD or equivalent degree
- A eligible/certified
- Eligible for TN license
- Comfortable in interpretation of Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis, and Neuroradiology emergency room related studies at a Level I trauma center
- Participation in multidisciplinary conferences and education of trainees and medical students
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability/Occurrence-based Professional Liability Insurance
- A 403.B program with approximately 5% salary match
- Sizable relocation allowance for on-site readers moving to Nashville
