• Provide direct medical oversight and collaborative care for orthopedic telehealth patients in Texas (remote).
• Consult with patients, coordinate care plans, and support care navigation within a value-based care model.
• Collaborate with the Icon Health provider network to ensure timely access and high-quality outcomes.

• Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Licensure: Texas
• Certifications: Board certification in Sports Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or similar

• Hours: 1-5/month
• Location: Remote
• Compensation: paid per PA/NP
