We are seeking an experienced Endocrinologist to provide telehealth consult services primarily to diabetic patients in rural Arizona, working mostly remotely with support from onsite mid‑level team members.

• Conduct patient consultations, diagnostics, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor and adjust medications; perform procedures like thyroid biopsies or insulin‑pump management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members; stay current with endocrinology advancements.
• Work in various settings including nursing homes and at home via the telehealth platform.
