DETAILS:
- Fully remote position
- Provide individual counseling sessions, review productivity, review paperwork, promote behavioral health services to the community and collaborate with human service providers for integrated services-Patients are scheduled 90 days in advance-Provider will be responsible for medication management and assessment PT/FT Opportunity to work as an independent contractor also available, 1099 available
QUALIFICATIONS:
