We specialize in medically supervised weight loss using GLP-1 and related therapies, providing accessible, patient-centered care through a modern virtual platform.

We are seeking a board-certified Physician (MD or DO) licensed in Iowa to provide telemedicine care for adult patients undergoing medical weight loss treatment. This role focuses solely on the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients using GLP-1 inhibitors and related medications.

This is an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking flexible, remote work with a focused scope of practice and no in-person requirements.

• Conduct virtual patient evaluations for weight management
• Prescribe and manage GLP-1 inhibitor therapy in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Monitor patient progress, side effects, and treatment outcomes
• Provide patient education and ongoing medical support
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Adhere to telemedicine, prescribing, and regulatory standards in Iowa

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certified in an appropriate specialty
• Comfort managing GLP-1 inhibitors and obesity-related conditions
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently in a telemedicine environment
