Rula's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone.

• A licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO) with experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, managing common psychiatric medication and treatment plans, and managing crisis situations.
• Board‑certified in Psychiatry with an active, unrestricted license and valid DEA number with Schedules II‑V listed.
• Registration with state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
• No suspension, exclusion, or debarment from participation in federal healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP).
• No adverse actions by any medical board, hospital, or other credentialing body in the past 3 years.
• The ability to provide telehealth.
• Currently seeking Psychiatrists licensed in California, Colorado, Georgia, and Virginia.

• Provide clinical assessments for patients seeking mental health care, including diagnostic assessments, psychiatric workups, and treatment planning with medication management.
• Work with individuals struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
• Utilize Rula’s EHR and telehealth platform to deliver care.
• Receive support from our Support and Care Coordination teams.
• Allocate time to patient interactions—half‑hour sessions for follow‑up visits and one‑hour sessions for initial consultations.
• Focus exclusively on patient care while Rula handles credentialing, billing, and marketing.

• Per session payment: $165 per initial visit (60 min) and $105 per follow‑up visit (30 min).
• Additional $60 payment for 90833 coding.
• Direct deposit every two weeks with no need to worry about unpaid claims.
• No‑show protection:
  Rula pays 100% of your time even when the patient no‑shows, cancels late, or the claim is denied.
• Independent contractor status gives you full control over your schedule and client volume.

• Set your own schedule and determine how many patients you want to see.
• Rula may panel you within as little as 3 weeks, enabling you to start seeing patients quickly.
• We manage marketing, insurance verification, invoicing, and billing so you can focus on clinical work.
• Practice support includes a dedicated Support team for any needed assistance.
• Clinical leadership includes a licensed provider involved in business planning, ensuring provider input is valued.
• Full compliance with HIPAA and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Care Coordination team manages Higher Level of Care requests for your patients.
