General Radiology Position in Lewisburg, PA (Permanent)
Located midway between Philadelphia & Pittsburgh, PA. 80 miles to Wilkes Barre, PA Permanent hire or locums to Permanent An established radiology practice in Lewisburg, PA, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible General Radiologist. This role involves interpreting a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and PET-CT. Light interventional radiology and minor procedures such as lumbar punctures, arthrograms, biopsies, and drainages are required.

This position offers a pathway to partnership and is ideal for radiologists with a well-rounded skill set who are interested in joining a respected team within a digitally advanced setting.

Position Highlights:

Comprehensive Case Variety:
Interpret a broad spectrum of imaging, including X-rays, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and PET-CT.Minor Procedures:
Perform lumbar punctures, arthrograms, biopsies, drainages, and other light interventional radiology procedures.

State-of-the-Art Technology:
Fully digital department with GE PACS and integrated voice recognition.

Path to Partnership:
Initial two-year track with competitive starting salary (estimated between $425,000 - $475,000 for the first year). Upon completion, move to shareholder status with compensation based on work unit effort (WEU).Work-Life Balance:
Approximately 38 weeks onsite with additional weeks offering remote work options, including evening and overnight shifts. Call coverage does not include interventional radiology.

Work Schedule:

Onsite Coverage: 38 weeks per year, working 8 am to 5 pm.

Remote Coverage:
Four weeks of evening shifts and two weeks of overnight shifts annually.

Weekend Coverage:
Approximately 6 weekend days (8 am - 4 pm) and 6 weekend evenings
