• Supervisor roles available for qualified team members

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team
• Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR
• Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
• Target 15-36 sessions per week

Backpack is home to a growing Residency and Fellowship Program for new clinicians. As part of our team, you can choose to mentor early-career providers, contribute to program development, and help shape the future of behavioral healthcare.

• Must hold one of the following Maryland licenses: LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred!
