Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise CRNAs in a 100 percent supervision model; no solo cases
• Perform placement of blocks in preoperative settings for orthopedic surgery
• Provide postoperative care for patients following orthopedic procedures
• Assist in cases as needed when requested by CRNAs
• Ensure compliance with established hospital protocols and patient safety standards

Additional Information

• North Carolina medical license required or in active process
• Board certification in Anesthesiology required
• Required certifications:
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Recent hospital-based experience and proficiency in block placement strongly preferred
• Candidates must be able to commit their entire schedule as requested by the client
