At the South Texas VA Healthcare System , we are seeking dedicated Diagnostic Radiologists to provide remote clinical diagnostic imaging services. Key Responsibilities- Participate in staff meetings, committees, and peer reviews.
- Maintain VA training and credentials.
- Adhere to policies on duty, documentation, patient care, and health requirements.
- Engage in clinical management and patient safety initiatives.
- Establish and oversee imaging protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Provide timely interpretation of imaging results and consultative services.
- Participate in clinical conferences and quality management activities.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Degree in Medicine (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Current and unrestricted medical license.
- Completion of accredited residency training, eligible for board certification.
- Proficiency in general radiology and multi-modality radiology preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practice.
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
