Permanent Family Physician – UBC Student Health Service

Salary: up to $277,418 plus UBC‑paid benefits and pension. Full‑time or part‑time, permanent.

We are seeking a permanent family physician to join our family practice serving UBC students. Flexible start date with ongoing needs. Open to fully and provisionally licensed candidates.

• Provide primary care services to registered UBC students, including virtual and in‑person appointments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and specialty access) to deliver comprehensive care.
• Contribute to clinic operations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to UBC Student Health Service EMR (CHR) and confidentiality standards.

• Canadian‑licensed family physician, or provisionally licensed.
• Experience or interest in student health and well‑being.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to varied workflow and remote work options.

UBC Student Health Service – Family practice, part of UBC Student Health and Wellbeing. Locations: two Vancouver on‑campus sites with a third opening early 2026. Supports on‑site labs, x‑ray at UBC Hospital, and mental health services.

• Mon, Tue, Fri: 8am – 4pm
• Wed: 8am – 8pm
• Thu: 9am – 4pm
• Saturday (academic): 8am – 4pm; closed summer

On‑site labs and x‑ray, UBC Counselling Services, access to fee‑for‑service specialists in psychiatry, dermatology, internal medicine, and gynecology.

Pay parking available on campus. Options for biking and public transit.
