Job Description
Telemedicine Physician - Women's Hormone Expert - Remote (MD/DO only). This role is part of Hone Health, with opportunities to work from any location, set your own schedule, and earn income while helping women optimize their health and hormone levels. We are seeking Ob/Gyn, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine physicians, and other physicians with deep knowledge in prescribing for midlife women s healthcare.
We also welcome physicians with experience in men s health, including testosterone and other hormone-boosting therapies, as our services include men s hormone, weight loss, and thyroid treatment. We are recruiting nationwide and value physicians licensed in multiple states.

Our services have expanded from treating men with testosterone optimization to include weight loss, thyroid treatments, and women s health. We offer part-time and full-time telemedicine opportunities with training, technical support, and a HIPAA-compliant video interface. You can provide remote care from home in states where you are licensed.
Responsibilities- Perform telemedicine consultations using a HIPAA-compliant video interface.
- Provide high-quality care to women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health challenges.
- Treat men who are seeking health and hormone optimization, if this is within your experience and patient population.
- Review lab results with patients and discuss treatment options.
- Educate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Titrate medications based on patient outcomes.
- Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate based on your assessment.
- Provide feedback to continually improve the patient experience.
We are recruiting nationwide. Experience with telemedicine is a plus. Holding multiple state licenses is a plus.
Requirements- Available a minimum of 6-8 hours per week for consultations; ideally 8-12 hours or more.
- MD or DO with a valid license, ideally in multiple states.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Hormone Replacement Therapy is preferred.
- NCMP (NAMS-certified menopause practitioner) certification is preferred.
- Unrestricted DEA license with experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on physician-patient interaction.
- Comfortable with technology and video consultations, or willingness to learn.
- Strong commitment to hormone optimization and patient care beyond simply prescribing medications.
- Self-starter mindset and interest in innovative, mission-driven environments.
- Intellectual curiosity and ongoing interest in improving patient outcomes.
