  ONENT training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
• Fellowship training in MSK preferred
• Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (A ) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AO )
• License or ability to obtain an Indiana license

The salary range for this position is $550 দেব‑0000-$800,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographical location, and more. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
