Landscape Architect & Designer – Multi‑Branch Support (Atlanta / Tampa / Hilton Head)

We are seeking a talented and driven Landscape Architect to support design initiatives across multiple branch locations. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence projects across markets while maintaining flexibility through remote work. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative, technical, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with teams across different regions.
Responsibilities- Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, renderings, and construction documents for various landscape and hardscape projects.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure design intent aligns with site conditions, client expectations, and project goals.
- Conduct occasional site visits for measurements, project reviews, and coordination with operations teams (travel less than 30%).
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and design revisions.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and timely execution.

Work Environment- Remote work is supported and encouraged.
- Periodic in‑office visits for collaboration, project review, or team meetings.
- Travel required less than 30% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in landscape design, architecture, or related roles (experience level flexible).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of landscape materials, horticulture, grading, and construction processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across locations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
