Overview

Architectural Job Captain / Architect — Minneapolis, MN. Contract-to-Hire. Salary / Compensation: $35/hr – $46/hr organization:
Konik.

Location:

Minneapolis. This role supports the technical documentation and detailing of commercial projects across hospitality, office, retail, and community facilities.

• Develop and coordinate construction documents in Revit for commercial projects.
• Detail exterior building envelopes and shell components to ensure constructability and code compliance.
• Collaborate with Principals and Project Managers to refine technical drawings and resolve design challenges.
• Review and apply building codes and regulatory requirements within documentation sets.

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional experience within an architectural firm.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and construction documentation standards.
• Experience with commercial project types, including office, retail, hospitality, and community facilities.
• Exterior shell detailing experience; licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus.
