Our Mission:

To use our gifts and talents in the service of others.

Our Core Values:
  • Built to Serve:Using our skills and talents to serve others is the purpose behind everything we do. If our work can bring delight—in ways big and small—we are fulfilling our mission.

  • Defined by Excellence:We define excellence by the results we deliver for our clients. Getting there isn’t easy. It takes grit, follow-through, and an abiding commitment to teamwork. For us, excellence is a goal we never stop striving for—with intention, humility, and genuine enthusiasm.
What You’ll Do:
  • Get involved early in design to support conceptual ideas and develop understanding of client needs
  • Lead technical strategy, detailing, and drawing coordination
  • Ensure clarity, legibility, and excellence in graphic communication
  • Develop and implement code strategies
  • Guide internal team members, elevating drawing standards and managing specifications and documentation quality
  • Coordinate with consultant teams
  • Participate in construction administration — reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, visiting job sites, and collaborating with contractors
