We’re looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to review, categorize and tag company-produced video content to support a structured, searchable internal video library. In this role, you will ensure all media assets are accurately labeled with metadata, keyboard and relevant descriptors, to ensure associates are able to easily find, reference and utilize video content across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Tag and categorize videos using established metadata standards and taxonomy.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of tagging across all media assets.
  • Collaborate with Communications, Training, HR and other teams to understand content purpose and optimize discoverability.
  • Maintain and update the internal video library system, ensuring content is organized and accessible.

  • Recommend improvements to metadata standards, tagging guidelines and search functionality.
  • Track and report tagging process, volume and system usage, as needed.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience in media management, content tagging, digital libraries, communications or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to accurately categorize large volumes of content.
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

  • A collaborative team environment where your ideas are valued.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development.

  • Bonus eligible (only included if eligible)
  • 100% employer paid medical health insurance premium option available
  • Dental and Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
