The Role
This position will be an integral part of multi‑disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of a licensed architect.
What You Will Do- Leading the design programming, development, modification & review of planning concepts & solutions for higher education design projects including drafting master plans.
- Utilizing Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, Qualtrics & Mirto to develop feasibility studies & space needs assessments.
- Assisting in development of architectural & planning concept drawings & specifications to translate planning concepts into project documentation for construction.
- Implementing integrated sustainable design solutions.
- Preparing architectural presentations for clients.
- Leading user group meetings to collect and refine program needs & assess space utilization.
- Communicating planning concepts to project teams & owners.
- Attending field site inspections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design or related field required.
- Must have 5 years’ experience in the following areas:

The salary range for this position to be filled in the Boston, MA office is $105,000 to $115,000 annually. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage, flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances.
