Architectural Project Lead

FORGE is seeking a Project Lead to help guide exceptional workplace and commercial architecture projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, delivery, and leadership—managing teams, schedules, and stakeholder relationships from concept through construction.

• Lead projects from design through construction administration
• Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and work plans
• Act as the central point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
• Review documentation for accuracy, quality, and coordination
• Mentor team members, delegate work, and ensure deliverables are met
• Support fee proposals, invoicing, and project reporting
• Collaborate on design development and construction drawings as needed
• Ensure the team delivers solutions aligned with client goals and FORGE’s design standards

• 8+ years of experience in architecture, interiors, or related fields
• Strong technical knowledge of codes, building systems, and construction
• Proven experience leading projects, teams, and client relationships
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and related tools
• Strong organizational, delegation, and QA/QC capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple timelines while mentoring team members effectively
