Our specialization covers residential to 100-unit multi‑family properties, and land. We couple this with the best‑in‑class Brokerage, Property Management, and Investor Support Services which enables our users to quickly enter, grow, maximize, and resell their real estate assets for evergreen cycles of wealth creation.

This is a remote position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work with design leads to create compelling interactive experience.
• Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel perfect execution across all project deliverables.
• Design wireframes and mock‑ups of new features.
• Collaborating with team members during design reviews to refine user experience.
• Working with software engineers to ensure consistency between design and implementation.
• Propose solutions to solve design/user experience challenges.
• Writing clean, concise and descriptive documentation of your features.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience:
  
  Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in psychology, visual design, communications, computer science, or related field or have completed a boot camp with one working experience as UX/UI assistant.
• 1+ years of relevant coursework; or portfolio experience.
• Special skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Illustrator) or other data visualization programs.
• Must be familiar with coding languages such as Java, Perl, HTML, CSS, and XML/XSL, and have knowledge of programs like Figma, Flash, and Photoshop.
• Bonus skills: background in business strategy, interaction design, programming skills, and prototype research techniques, strong writing skills. Familiarity with SharePoint design.
• Passion for UX/UI design with meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for typography and visual hierarchy.
• Personality: organized, focused, collaborative, positive attitude, curious, strategic, comfortable engaging with team members and all users.
