Company ProfileWe are a growing construction/engineering company expanding into landed property projects (rebuilds, A&A, reconstruction). We’re looking for an intern to support our outreach to boutique architecture firms and help us build strong partnerships in the landed housing market.
Job Description Responsibilities- Research and compile a list of architecture firms specializing in landed homes.
- Assist in outreach (emails, Linked In, Whats App) to architects on behalf of the company.
- Maintain a simple CRM (Excel/Google Sheet) to track contacts, responses, and follow-ups.
- Support preparation of builder profile materials (one-pagers, decks).
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with architects.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and willing to learn about the construction/architecture industry.
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building tasks.
- Students from business, architecture, engineering, or design backgrounds are welcome.
- Hands-on exposure to the construction and architecture industry.
- Experience in business development and professional outreach.
- Opportunity to work directly with the founder on real landed projects.
- Networking with boutique architecture firms and industry professionals.
- Duration: 3–6 months (flexible).
- Commitment:
Full-time preferred, part-time possible. - Stipend: S $800–1,200/month (depending on commitment).
