Interior Designer + Turn Key Concierge

Seeking a multi-talented professional to join our team, with a background in both interior design and luxury customer service/ hospitality.

This new, full-time position, is a combination of two roles:

• The Interior Designer portion of the role serves the design of luxury, custom residences within a collaborative team setting
• The Turn Key Experience Concierge ensures a seamless and luxurious transition between the completion of design to the eagerly awaited move-in for our valued clients. This position is responsible for coordinating with vendors and installers, overseeing final project closeout tasks, and aiding the design team with the final touches to exceed client expectations, all with a hospitality touch.

• High level of skill and experience providing 1:1, luxury customer service
• Professional experience in luxury residential interior design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members
• Takes satisfaction in planning and problem-solving
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
• Patient and assuring demeanor
• Comfortable using Apple computers
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
