Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day design and technical development of projects. You will coordinate all aspects of project document creation and delivery, working closely with our integrated design team to produce high-quality work. This position requires a strong commitment to meeting project schedules, budgets, and work plans while collaborating effectively with team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

What you will do:

* Develop creative technical solutions to design challenges while maintaining design excellence

* Integrate quality assurance/control and company protocols into project work, coordinating with Project Managers

* Assist in maintaining project schedules and coordinating the delivery of project documents

* Plan, design, and coordinate projects of various sizes, including complex assignments

* Apply advanced architectural concepts and develop new techniques as needed

* Ensure BIM standards are implemented and oversee quality control procedures

* Lead collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideas

* Provide technical guidance to junior staff and ensure alignment of cost estimates with design objectives

* Participate in client presentations and contribute to project success through effective communication

* Manage time and deliverables in alignment with project schedules and budgets

Required Qualifications:

* Comprehensive technical knowledge with strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

* Undergraduate Degree in Architecture required; professional licensure not required

* Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in architecture

* Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam, with a high level of proficiency in architecture software

* Competent in technical design, including evaluating and recommending solutions that meet client needs

* Applies sustainable design principles and technical skills in producing precise deliverables

* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and innovative thinking with attention to detail and accuracy

* Actively seeks to enhance knowledge and skills, and contributes to marketing and business development efforts
