• Define and evolve human‑centered design practices across teams and portfolios.
• Design and lead high‑impact, cross‑functional workshops to align business leaders and product managers.
• Oversee user research strategy across multiple products and domains in aerospace and defense.
• Drive end‑to‑end user experience outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise products.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing design team, promoting collaboration and career development.

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience in digital product design at a leadership level across multiple teams or products.
• Strong background in user research and design strategy.
• Proven ability to communicate product vision and design strategy to executives and cross‑functional leaders.
• Experience in building trust‑based relationships with cross‑functional leadership.

• Advanced degree in HCI, human factors, or a related field.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Led design for data‑intensive, analytics, or AI/ML products.
• Experience managing senior design teams in large, multi‑business‑unit enterprises.
