Our Transit & Airport office is hiring remotely in the following locations: (New Orleans, LA; New York, NY; or Portland, OR) is now hiring an experienced team member to help us design effective outdoor advertising campaigns for brands in New Orleans, Louisiana;
New York, New York; or Portland, Oregon and the surrounding areas. The T/A Services Graphic Designer Sr is responsible for making our billboard and digital advertisements SHINE.

The Transit & Airport Senior Graphic Designer position creates highly customized, high-concept sales pitch renderings, presentations, national and local proposal responses, training materials, and revenue-generating designs for the Transit and Airport Division, all while upholding Lamar's design quality standards. This position also provides special project design support, including high-profile new product, inventory, and market RFP launches. This position will regularly interface with and provide project management updates to the Creative Director of Transit & Airport Services, Local and National Account Sales Teams, Marketing, and Transit and Airport Management.

What we are looking for in YOU:

* Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and

applications, such as Adobe Creative and Google Suites.

* Knowledgeable on printing procedures, photography, photo editing and restoration, illustration and verbal and written communication standards and upholds procedures and standards.

* Ability to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.

* Requires high-level executive communication and interaction skills.

* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a deadline-driven environment.

* Must be able to assess and provide appropriate design response according requests based on time turnaround at design standard.

* Ability to rank priorities and alter workflow to complete projects on short notice.

* Must demonstrate the ability to find solutions to complex problems.

* Requires specialized knowledge of methods and techniques of graphic design and layout.

* Knowledge of major social media outlets.

* Understanding of media innovation concepts.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills.

* Detail-oriented.

* Works well in a team environment.

* Must demonstrate the ability to design quality marketing design pieces in a fast turnaround, deadline-driven environment.

Education and experience:

Required:

8-10 years of related work experience.

Preferred:

* Above-mentioned work experience, preferably in the outdoor advertising industry.

* Bachelor's degree preferred. Fields applicable:
Graphic Design, Multi-Media, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, and Business. Or equivalent combination of education and experience
