Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year
A bit about usWe are a nationwide commercial architectural firm seeking an Architectural Project Manager with experience in Revit, retail design, and CD preparation. We offer remote work and a dynamic, collaborative environment.

- Professional Retail or Restaurant experience
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Architectural licensure preferred
- LEED accreditation preferable
- Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Basic rendering software experience
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills
- Manage multiple concurrent projects
- Complete assignments on time with accuracy and completeness
- Follow and give clear instructions; take direction from supervisor
- Stay organized and retain knowledge for future use
- Solicit feedback and act on it; pursue continuous improvement
- Adapt to varied situations and embrace new ideas
- Adhere to design standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Communicate with clients professionally
- Mentor and train project team members
- Prepare and quality‑control construction drawings for bid, permit, and client review; coordinate revisions
- Prepare submittal packages for permitting agencies
- Manage outside project consultants (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, client vendors)
- Assist in client billing and monitor project profitability
- Lead daily activities for Project Associates and Interns
- Administer project construction, client updates, and coordination with team
- Conduct site surveys and prepare reports
- Schedule staff for project needs
- Schedule project deadlines and communicate with client
- Prepare/review response letters to address outside drawing review comments
- Attend municipal planning and zoning meetings
- Attend post‑construction compliance site visits/punch lists
- Perform/review code analysis documents and ADA compliance
