Architect | Denver, CO
Tweed Studio, a young boutique architecture firm in Denver, is seeking our first full-time architect to join our growing practice. Founded in 2022, we specialize in adaptive reuse and renovation projects across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors—working on everything from restaurant tenant improvements to institutional renovations. Our design philosophy includes considerations of sustainability, timeless qualities, and stewardship of resources.
About the RoleYou'll work directly with firm principals on all phases of architectural projects, from concept design through construction administration. In your first year, you'll focus primarily on production work under supervision while participating in client meetings and learning all aspects of practice management. As you grow with the firm, you'll take on increasing project leadership responsibilities, eventually managing projects independently. We are looking for a self starter with a point of view and good design sensibilities.
This is an opportunity to gain broad experience across diverse project types while contributing meaningfully to a practice focused on thoughtful contemporary design built for longevity.

- Creative problem-solver who is eager to learn, positive attitude, strong work ethic
- Interest in adaptive reuse, renovation, and working with existing conditions
- Salary: $60,000-$85,000 (commensurate with experience and licensure status, benchmarked to AIA compensation standards)

- Clear path to leadership roles as the firm grows
