Senior Design Manager​/Project Architect

Founded by seasoned professionals in Property, Construction, and Hospitality, our focus is on delivering high-quality housing and hotel projects in the North and East London area.

We are seeking a Senior Design Manager / Architect for a full-time hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility for site and remote work. The role involves overseeing architectural and design elements across mainly residential and future hospitality projects, collaborating with internal teams and external professionals. Responsibilities include managing design processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising planning submissions, and overseeing project timelines and quality standards.

• Proficiency in architectural design and planning, with expertise in design management and construction methodologies
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, planning submissions, and building regulations
• Experience in design project management, including managing timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with architectural design software and tools
• A degree in Architecture, Design Management, or a related field, with professional accreditation or membership
• Significant Experience in residential construction projects is essential,
  ideally a Builder's Architect

  Director, working closely with the Execution team

You will join a hard-working team, working closely with the Director/Owner and established Contracts Managers and Project Managers with contact with all other teams.

Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience.
