Location: City of Westminster
A specialist construction consultancy is seeking a Building Regulations Principal Designer to provide expert guidance on compliance with building regulations. You will manage and document responsibilities for both high-rise and non-high-rise projects, ensuring safety standards under the Building Safety Act 2022. The role is primarily remote but requires applicants to be within two hours of London for occasional in-person meetings.
A relevant qualification and experience in building control are essential for this position.
