Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 Per Year (Pay Based Upon Skills & Experience) + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Landscape/Interior Design Project Manager to lead residential design-build projects from concept to completion. This role oversees planning, scheduling, client communication, and coordination between design and construction teams to ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. The position requires managing multiple residential landscape and interior design projects simultaneously while developing and maintaining detailed schedules and timelines.

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering clear communication and a seamless, positive experience throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with landscape and interior designers, this individual helps translate creative concepts into successful built outcomes. Responsibilities also include coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement, overseeing construction progress to ensure quality control standards are met, managing contracts, change orders, and project documentation, ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and permitting requirements, and proactively identifying and resolving challenges to keep projects on track and clients satisfied.

• 3+ years of project management experience in landscape design, interior design, construction, or design-build
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors
• Proficiency in project management software
