, Taylor Design, a 100% employee-owned firm, is looking for SENIOR JOB CAPTAINS to join their SAN FRANCISCO office to work with clients within their healthcare market. This is your opportunity to work with a team of dedicated, creative and fun architects and designers on award winning projects.

The Senior Job Captain is an integral member of a project team, coordinating and working on all phases of projects from planning and conceptual design through construction. Responsibilities and duties include development of Revit BIM models, the development of construction documents, and project team coordination. A Senior Job Captain works collaboratively within a design team from conceptual design through construction documents under some supervision from a Project Manager or a Project Architect, to produce project deliverables, ensuring the design intent is consistent and well executed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent education.
• Be working toward becoming a Registered Architect.
• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a professional architectural office setting.
• Good to excellent Revit knowledge as well as MS Suite.
• Prior experience with Construction Administration on Healthcare projects (OSHPD/HCAI experience a strong plus).

Salary note:
Salary range is dependent on geographical location, years of experience in the industry and core markets, software skills, role responsibilities, and licensure and/or certifications.
