Great opportunity at a small downtown Los Angeles architectural practice for a capable, motivated colleague to assist in all phases of design, documentation, and administration. We’re looking for smart, sensible candidates with a solid design sense and a real interest in best-practice construction and detailing.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in commercial, cultural or high-end residential projects, and meet the following qualifications:
- BArch or March degree
- Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Construction Documents and/or Construction Administration experience
- Strong graphic, modeling & rendering skills
- Licensed or in process
- Experience with California and City of LA codes and permitting process a plus
