Do you have a passion for Learning and Development, enjoy learning new technologies and have strong attention to detail? As a Digital Content Librarian, you will report to the Learning Manager and support the HRCC Learning Team as an archivist responsible for the accuracy, organization, accessibility and preservation of HRCC Learning's digital content.

Please Note: This role is a full-time, temporary remote assignment open to internal HRCC Guest Engagement Specialists.

How you will make an impact
  • Collaborate with the Learning Manager to maintain HRCC learning content
  • Serve as the initial point of contact, ensuring the accuracy of HRCC learning content
  • Conduct continuous research to gather information for updating learning content
  • Maintain the change log, ensuring timely revisions to learning content
  • Support users in accessing and utilizing learning resources effectively
How you will collaborate with others
  • Foster collaboration within HRCC and with other teams
  • Identify and document content updates in partnership with the relevant team
What projects you will take ownership of
  • Maintain the content index, categorizing content by line of business and topic
  • Conduct an audit of learning content to ensure accessibility for all Team Members
Why you will be a great fit You have the following minimum qualifications
  • Be a current HRCC Team Member with at least six (6) months tenure in HRCC.
  • Be a current HRCC Guest Engagement Specialist and meet all transfer eligibility requirements.
  • Have demonstrated outstanding performance in current role with no active performance documentation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
It will be useful if you have the following preferred experience
  • At least one (1) year experience in Learning and Development or New Hire Experience
  • At least one (1) year experience in Guest Assistance, Diamond Desk or other specialty desk
  • Experience in digital content management or similar role
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and Smartsheet
  • Research and documentation experience
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
