FIRM BIO
Bridget Rynne Interior Design is a Los Angeles–based interior design practice founded in 2018, working across high-end residential, boutique hospitality, and select commercial projects. The work spans interior architecture as well as furniture and decorative elements, and is rooted in architectural thinking and shaped by a hospitality mindset, with a focus on atmosphere, materiality, and longevity.
Each project is approached with curiosity and care, creating spaces that feel immersive, comfortable, and thoughtfully resolved. The practice is deeply hands-on and collaborative, working closely with clients and all and all consultants from early concept through execution.
We are intentionally small and highly focused, working with a select group of clients who value discretion, craft, and a thoughtful, experience-driven approach to design.
JOB DESCRIPTIONBridget Rynne Interior Design is looking for a senior interior designer to support high-end residential, boutique hospitality, and select commercial projects on a contract basis. This role is well suited to a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, enjoys collaborating closely, and brings strong technical skills alongside a refined design sensibility.
- Support projects from early concept through installation, in collaboration with Bridget
- Produce interior architecture and design drawings in AutoCAD. Attention to detail and ability to produce technical millwork drawings a must.
- Prepare presentation materials using InDesign and Photoshop
- Source furniture, lighting, finishes, and decorative elements, including custom pieces
- Develop custom furniture drawings and coordinate with fabricators and workrooms.
- Write and maintain specifications (Design Spec experience is a plus)
- Assist with coordination and communication with vendors and consultants as needed
- Assist with styling and photoshoots of completed projects
- Experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and Photoshop (Minimum 5 years experience in high end residential).
- Comfortable sourcing across a wide range of vendors and custom makers
- Able to produce clear drawings and well-organized specs
- Self-directed, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage time effectively and work remotely, but must be located in Los Angeles Area.
- 3D modeling experience (Sketch Up or similar) a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Design Spec or similar a plus
- Experience working with small studios or independently
This is a flexible, project-based role with room to scale depending on workload and fit. Collaboration is close and thoughtful, but the expectation is that you’re comfortable taking ownership of tasks and working independently. The focus is on quality, craft, and creating considered, experience-driven spaces rather than high-volume production.
