We're seeking a creative powerhouse who can design scroll-stopping social ads AND edit thumb-stopping videos for a large UK DTC e-commerce brand. You'll work directly with the UK team, owning complete creative campaigns from concept through to iterations and improvements.

Consistently creating high-performing content that drives improvements in CTR, CPA, and hook rates. You'll balance direct response performance with brand consistency, creating content that captures attention in the first 3 seconds while maintaining premium brand standards. You'll be part of an integrated marketing team with direct access to performance data and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.

This role suits creative professionals who understand both direct response marketing and brand building, obsess over performance metrics, and want to join a company serious about scaling their DTC revenue through paid social.

• Excellent spoken and written English
• 5+ years experience in social media advertising design and video editing
• Proven portfolio with direct response Meta Ads experience
• Strong understanding of both performance marketing and brand building
• Ability to maintain at least 4 hours daily overlap with UK business hours
• Fast and reliable internet connection; a backup power supply; your own laptop or desktop suitable for creative work; a quiet working environment.
