Senior Residential Drawing Architectural Technician

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Residential Working Drawing Architectural Technician. Candidates will be based in Southampton but will have the flexibility to work from home part-time. Responsibilities include producing technical design drawings, ensuring compliance with building regulations, collaborating with architects and project managers, and overseeing residential development projects to meet client expectations.

• Strong skills in preparation and production of technical working drawings
• Experience with residential design and knowledge of building construction techniques
• Proficient in using architectural software tools such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Familiarity with UK building regulations and planning policy
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate across multidisciplinary groups
• Relevant architectural or technical qualification; professional accreditation is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Must live within 50 mile radius of our Southampton Offices.
