We're seeking experienced Architects, particularly those with job-running skills, to join our growing team and work on our most cutting-edge education projects.

This is a great opportunity to be part of projects for academic institutions and end users from start to finish. You'll play a large part in a small team and be responsible for a project's entire lifecycle, from the initial design to final completion. The role involves significant client-facing responsibilities, as you will liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure high-quality deliverables while navigating complex design challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Project and team leadership across all RIBA stages, specializing in detailed design.
  • Seamless coordination of consultants, authorities, and contractors.
  • Writing and presenting clear project reports.
  • Applying technical expertise from initial design through to construction.
  • Ensuring project success through a strong grasp of design and construction processes.
  • Upholding and advancing company standards for design excellence.
Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in Archicad or Revit with experience using the software across various project stages, including design development, coordination, and documentation.
  • Fully qualified ARB/Part III Architect.
  • Proven experience in job running, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience working on high-quality, technically complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of all RIBA stages, with a rigorous approach to the technical stages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Benefits
  • Excellent opportunities for career growth within a supportive and dynamic team.
  • Hybrid working model:
Flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Friendly, collaborative work environment.

If you're excited about working on innovative Educations projects in a growing firm and want to be part of a team focused on excellence, please send us your updated CV and portfolio.
