Project Architect​/Project Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Designer with 5 to 10 years of professional experience. This is a pivotal role in our studio. You will be a core contributor to our design language, a mentor to junior staff, and a primary point of contact for clients and consultants. The right candidate will work independently on architectural design projects and often coordinates project design efforts.

• Design Leadership: Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases, creating compelling narratives and visual presentations.
• Project Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
• Technical Excellence: Oversee the production of high-quality construction documents and ensure design intent is maintained through detailing.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to integrate complex systems seamlessly into the design.
• Mentorship: Guide junior designers in Revit standards, detailing, and professional development.

This position offers the flexibility of both in-person and work from home. The expectation is that the position would begin primary as in-person while learning about the projects and standards of the office.

• B.Arch or M.Arch degree
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape
• Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction administration
• Good communication skills, collaboration and problem-solving abilities
