This is a full-time role for an experienced architect who enjoys leading projects and being part of a close-knit, collaborative team. You’ll work alongside architects, designers, and leadership who value communication, trust, and showing up for one another—both in and out of the studio.

- Support and lead multiple small to midsize projects simultaneously
- Participate in all phases of work: programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward
- Serve as a key point of contact for coordination with clients and consultants
- Translate client goals into thoughtful, well-executed design solutions aligned with our firm’s vision
- Produce detailed construction documents and coordinate consultant drawings
- Ensure code compliance and assist with the permitting process
- Support construction administration efforts, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits
- Collaborate closely with leadership and internal project teams
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to shared learning across the studio
- Help foster a design-forward, detail-driven, and supportive studio culture
- Experience:
7–10 years of architectural experience (municipal and/or higher education experience is a plus) - Education:
Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) - Licensure:
Georgia licensure preferred or actively pursuing - Technical
Skills:
Revit (required), Bluebeam, Sketch Up;
Enscape or other rendering tools a plus - Attributes:
Organized, proactive, self-starter, strong communicator, and client-focused - Knowledge:
Familiarity with Georgia building codes and permitting processes - Competitive salary with signing bonus available (details shared during the interview process)
