Senior Visual Designer

What You’ll Do

• Consistently deliver exceptional visual design with laser focus optimizing design within the project guidelines and parameters
• Lead specific campaigns for all relevant channels from concept to completion
• Manage multiple priorities / projects under tight deadlines, working independently and / or with the design team and cross functional partners
• Collaborate in brainstorming, concepting and executing seasonal campaigns, and ensure visuals and messaging are consistent and accurate
• Supports professional development within the team through active discussion and feedback; helps to coach and develop other designers
• Understanding of team’s priorities and business impact of the design team’s work
• Stay informed of the latest design trends and bring insights to the team
• Demonstrated ability to present design solutions to internal and cross functional stakeholders, including leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Web/Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in a design-related field
• An online portfolio
• Passion for design
• Knowledge of design standards and best practices
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite and other current design and project management tools
• Impeccable eye for detail and consistency, and the ability to produce organized files
• Self organization, ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, manage expectations and meet deadlines

The base pay range for this position is: $91,000 to $114,000. Please note that placement within the posted salary range is based on several factors, including geographic location, experience, skills, alignment with role requirements and other job-related factors. It is uncommon for offers to be made at the top of the range, as this typically reflects a candidate who exceeds all role requirements and brings significant, directly applicable experience.
