Job Title:
Architectural Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, both administrative and technical, from the entitlement phase through construction administration. You will serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring projects are completed on schedule with maximum client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage projects during the entitlement, contract document, and construction phases.
- Develop and manage work plans for each project and coordinate staffing needs with the Studio Director.
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate tasks with the project team.
- Coordinate anticipated schedules for upcoming projects with the Studio Director.
- Perform drawing reviews for conformance with all codes and constructability standards.
- Act as the primary contact for communication with various AHJs, consultants, and clients.
- Encourage collaboration between the Architectural Division and Design Build.
- Mentor and train less experienced staff.
- Develop positive relationships with internal and external clients.
- Prepare and coordinate additional service requests.
- Follow and enforce quality control procedures.
- Promote core values of communication, collaboration, proactivity, and quality.

Skills & Qualifications
- B.S. in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
- 5+ years of experience leading projects and being client-facing
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Proficient knowledge of federal, state, and local Life Safety and Energy codes
- Ability to solve constructability or code-related issues
- Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam is a plus
- Professional registration or pursuing registration within the next year
The work environment offers a 40-hour work week with hours Monday through Thursday from 8-5 and Fridays from 8-3. There is one flexible work-from-home day available on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
