Architectural Drafter

A growing, vertically integrated real estate company is seeking a Revit Drafter with 1–3 years of experience to join their design team. This is a fully remote position for someone who’s comfortable working independently, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. The company develops and builds its own projects—so your work directly impacts real-world construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce construction documents using Revit for multi-family and light commercial projects
• Work closely with architectural staff and project managers to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
• Assist with redlines, drawing updates, and documentation coordination across project types
• Support internal teams throughout the design and construction process

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of professional drafting experience in Revit (not accepting new grads for this role)
• Experience with multi-family projects preferred; exposure to retail, office, or industrial projects is a plus
• High level of accuracy and commitment to producing clean, buildable drawings
• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fully remote environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• 100% remote position with stable workload
