This is a full-time remote position for an Architectural AutoCAD Technician. The role involves creating precise technical and construction drawings, interpreting land surveys, and collaborating with project teams to deliver comprehensive architectural design documentation. The successful candidate will use design software such as AutoCAD to develop project drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Construction Drawings
• Experience in Land Surveying and accuracy in interpreting survey data
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
• Familiarity with drawing practices and attention to detail in drafting and project execution
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet project deadlines
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design software
• Understanding of BIM coordination and processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
