About the Opportunity
Are you energized by the challenge of blending creativity with constructability?
We’re a design–build firm redefining residential and ADU design across California — combining modern aesthetics, technical precision, and a commitment to creating thoughtful spaces that elevate everyday living.
We’re structured enough to deliver projects with consistency and efficiency, yet small enough for your ideas to influence how we design, document, and deliver. If you take pride in seeing your designs come to life and thrive on collaboration between architecture, permitting, and construction, we’d love to talk.
The RoleAs a Designer on our team, you’ll work from concept through construction documentation — shaping the architectural vision while ensuring each project aligns with code, budget, and client expectations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both pre-designed and fully custom ADU projects and to help evolve our internal standards as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative, buildable designs for residential and ADU projects.
Lead production of detailed, permit-ready drawing sets in Revit.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and local jurisdictions to secure approvals.
Integrate plan check comments, code updates, and redlines into project documentation.
Collaborate closely with the construction team to maintain design intent through completion.
Contribute to the refinement of internal workflows and design templates.
You’re equal parts designer and problem solver — someone who can balance the art of good design with the technical skill needed to bring it to life. You appreciate the clarity and accountability of a design–build process and enjoy working as part of a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
5–10 years of architectural experience, ideally including residential or ADU work.
Proficiency in Revit required; experience with Enscape, Bluebeam, or BIM

Architectural license not required but valued.
Full-time, salaried position with performance-based bonuses.
Flexible hybrid or remote work structure (California-based preferred).
A collaborative, design-driven culture that values accuracy, efficiency, and innovation.
Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and meaningful growth opportunities.
