As a Designer on our team, you’ll work from concept through construction documentation — shaping the architectural vision while ensuring each project aligns with code, budget, and client expectations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both pre-designed and fully custom ADU projects and to help evolve our internal standards as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative, buildable designs for residential and ADU projects.

• Lead production of detailed, permit-ready drawing sets in Revit.

• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and local jurisdictions to secure approvals.

• Integrate plan check comments, code updates, and redlines into project documentation.

• Collaborate closely with the construction team to maintain design intent through completion.

• Contribute to the refinement of internal workflows and design templates.

You’re equal parts designer and problem solver — someone who can balance the art of good design with the technical skill needed to bring it to life. Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of architectural experience, ideally including residential or ADU work.

• Proficiency in Revit required; experience with Enscape, Bluebeam, or BIM
  360 a plus.

• Strong understanding of California Building Codes, Title 24, and permitting processes.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills.

• Architectural license not required but valued.
